Nick Askew

Nick Askew is an American sci-fi/fantasy author, who grew up in Colorado, where he learned in first grade how much he loved to tell stories when he wrote a Gremlins fanfic about mice. He has a bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Colorado and has worked in several related fields, before discovering his true passion for creative writing and finding new worlds and characters to explore.

He currently lives in San Diego, CA with his family and snicklefritz kitty Audrey. Nick is an avid TV fan, loves to write, and is always down to read a good fantasy epic. He is also a fitness fanatic when not nursing a broken toe or a torn chest muscle. Perhaps he is too clumsy to be a fanatic.

His debut novel, Ensoulment, is releasing in September 2020. It is Book one of an epic LGBT fantasy series that is a blend of sci-fi, romance, fantasy and horror.
